You may be having some difficulty sending SMS successfully to your contacts when your company is not based in the UK?
1. Make sure that the zero is not at the start of your contacts' mobile telephone numbers.
2. Add your country code to the beginning of the mobile numbers if it hasn't been auto-added by the system.
