A great strategy for your marketing is to filter activity from your Email Reports and then build a positive momentum..

Click on any campaign name that you would want to view the report for and you will see the report grapgh. 

In addition to filtering out your positives (opens, clicks) you may wish to follow up your non-opens...

A: set the Open Count filter key to equals, then insert a 0 (zero) in the box > Select all > Add to group

Hint: no need to click through to the later pages before you Select all because you just Select all on the first page and that will bring in all your filtered contacts.

In addition to the Add to group option there are other options too e.g. export as a call list (which includes telephone numbers)
