If you are cleaning your database up to 'get rid of the dead wood' so to speak, there is a great chance you will want to delete all the contacts on your suppression list. Luckily, you are able to do this in InTouch!
To do this you first need to export the suppression list, which you can do by following the procedure set out here - https://support.intouchcrm.com/articles/getting-st...
Then you'll need to import the csv file (your suppression list) into the system again, following this guide- https://support.intouchcrm.com/articles/contacts/i... making sure to tick 'update' in the duplicate processing box section!
You also need to select the option to 'add contacts to a new group'
You can then go to 'groups' and open up the relevant one and then 'options' and select 'delete the group with contacts'. This will then delete the contacts from your database.
