There are a couple of ways in which you are able to add an Organisation in to the system depending on how the data is presented, so if you have a huge or even small spreadsheet (CSV file) of Organisation details you are able to bulk upload them to the system or if you have only one Organisation you need to add to the system, you can!
Just a Quick Note before you begin!
If you have got a spreadsheet of Organisation information and wish to do an import, be able to send emails to them as you have linked contacts, we always suggest to do an import of Organisations first (matching Company Name in your file to NAME in the import) followed by a Contact dataload within which you tick the box: "Link to Organisation" and link Company Name to Company in the Organisations import.
So, you have a spreadsheet (CSV file) of Organisations Details and wish to import them in to the system, here is a short snippet on how you are able to do this.
To begin, go to the Contacts > Organisations > Options > Import Organisations
You will then need to follow the steps to successfully upload this information in to the system.
Remember that if you have your company specific fields (not standard) make sure that you create them as Organisation Custom Fields first.
